Hotel Villa Fontaine Village Izukogen

"I stayed here to relax and chill at the onsen, be close enough to the coast, and be able to use the kitchen. And because there was shuttle service to and from the train station that you can access with reservation.
The room felt like a sanctuary, with view of the mountain and water, space to meditate and do yoga at the tatami mat, and take a nice bath a the tub with an incredible view. Bed was medium firm which was a relief and their disposable drip coffee was delightfully top notch.
Enjoyed the warm indoor pool but most of all, relaxing at their outdoor hot spring with the sound of nature. Showers and change room were spacious and nice. Staff was attentive and responsive to my inquiries. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores and bus stops.
Hotel does need some updating at the main area especially the carpeted stairs but I would still come back here in a heartbeat."
