"This is a complaint for Expedia I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a recent booking I made through Expedia for accommodation in Split, Croatia in “Top Rooms accommodation”. When making the booking, I specifically selected and paid extra for a sea-facing room. "The room is excellent, very comfortable room and bed. The view is great on both city and ocean view room. Wifi is also fast and stable. We got 1 room upgrade from City view to be Ocean view with separate living room and 2 bathroom inside. sparking wine is also complimented. Location is walkable to bus station, port and old town, also the beach. Just only breakfast is quite ordinary and not much variety. "

"Very Nice hotel.. Upon arrival, we can easily walk form bus terminal to hostel. Location is perfect for everything (& just close next to the wall of old town) Breakfast will be served at a restaurant located in front of Diocletian Palace as well (just 1 minute walk from hotel & easy to find). Staff very helpful with information & kind help us bringing all our luggage up&down for us. I will surely come back! "

"Really great location in Split. Great to have help organising a taxi from the airport ( 70 euros 4 people with suitcases). The taxi was able to direct us when he dropped us at the edge of the pedestrian zone -100m. The door is an unassuming wood door which the owner will open remotely for you if arriving after hours. Communication is through WhatsApp. It all worked surprisingly well. Somewhat surprised to find a 30 euro charge ( reduced to 15) to store our suitcases for 3 hours after check...
