"We booked this Hotel specifically based on the Airport Shuttle. At check-in we were advised the Shuttle was out for repairs for a few days and that there was no shuttle, no alternative arrangements had been made and that the hotel would not be covering our taxi costs. This is not acceptable. We would have stayed elsewhere, and chose this whole solely for the shuttle."
