"Check in staff was helpful and after long flight from uk she was trying her best to accommodate at 1pm Check in .very convenient nearby shoplooking for mamak food and roti cenai .highly recommend this hotel provided free shuttle every one hour pick up and drop off at klia airport transfers. "Hi I would highly recommend staying at the Marriott Putryana The staff were so very incredibly kind and friendly and were always there to help. The hotel is beautiful and very enjoyable in all ways It was relaxed and of a high level of service A unique combination The buffet breakfast was incredible The beds were comfortable and room always clean. We enjoyed dinners & desserts and the dessert chef spent time chatting with us about his incredible skills in creating delicious deserts And also the manager and the staff were so supportive & kind when I needed a doctor in the early hours of the morning just before leaving for my flight I could not believe how they made sure i received the medical care I needed Truely thankful Again I wish to say thank you to the management and the staff for their generosity and making me feel at home in such a magnificent hotel Kind regards to everyone at the Marriott"
