Enjoyable stay.

I had the junior sweets room, very spacious with modern bathroom. Bed was extremely comfortable and excellent air conditioning. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, very welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. Always a happy greeting at breakfast, at the restaurant and at lobby, very enjoyable stay. Unfortunately I use an electronic cigarette and although there are no smoking signs everywhere there is a nice outdoor seating area where you can smoke and also get food and drink without bothering anyone. Be aware though that the restaurant is labelled Bar and Grill there is no alcohol available.

Can’t believe this pathetic hotel is 4 Star. Beware. The rooms are extremely small. There were no hand towels in bathroom and upon request we were told “you have to request it”. AC didn’t work and it took a long time to cool the room after they fixed it. There were only two pillows on the bed. I’ve stayed at 3 Star properties that are much better than this place. The only reason I give this 2/10 is because staff was helpful

Not a hotel I would recommend if it’s your first time in Kuala Lumpur. Wi-Fi was in and out most of the time. Most hotels gives you two keys they only gave me one which was pretty annoying.

Cosy and strategic

The hotel looks and feel very new, no frills, comfortable and good location. The only problem we had was there was no towels and bathmat upon check-in. We called and took them quite a white to send those items to the room. Need a little improvement on the housekeeping. The receptionist and ground staffs are amazing though.
