"This place is falling apart. It’s very old and needs updating and a good cleaning. AC vent needs to be cleaned and filters changed. Wall paper is peeling off. Bathtub had mildew or mold. Could barely wash my hands without the sink filling (clogged) the carpet in my room was awful, needs to be replaced. ..."

"The property is located right next to the Trans Canada highway and the rail line. Constant noise from both. We arrived at 5;15 pm and the room was not ready.
