"The only hotel in Kamloops that offers Airport shuttle service (7 min trip, just book with front desk. Meals at the White Spot 😋 inside the Holiday Inn were very fresh and very tasty. All staff from front desk, to security, to house keeping to dining room staff were friendly, helpful & highly skilled.The hotel has been beautifully renovated recently. "
"located in area with plenty of restaurants nearby as well as grocery store within walking distance. pool was clean although it was a bit cool. Room was clean and beds comfortable. it is an older property and noticeable in the washrooms. Also we were on first floor and could hear people upstairs walki g around. it wasn’t a problem for us as our sleep schedule and wake up were about the same but could see it could be a problem. overall we enjoyed our 1 night stay and would stay there again "
"Not enough staff. Breakfast was limited and coffee and bread run out fast and nobod was avail to keep up. Had to call front desk staff back to make coffee and get bread etc.
