"The rooms were perfect. Lots of space and great beds. The staff was incredible, friendly, helpful, and so nice! The Buffett was fantastic. Plenty of options and so tasty! Would highly recommend staying there!"
Hotel JAL City Haneda Tokyo

"The airport shuttle is not as convenient or as helpful as before. Last when I arrived at Haneda on an early morning flight and out of Haneda in the late evening, I was able to hop on the shuttle both way to and forth.But this time around the shuttle only drop off from hotel to the airport in the morning am and pick up passengers from airport to the hotel in afternoon and evening. Which means one would have to get to and from the airport on their own if you arrived early and departed late . However on the website it’s still indicated as ‘Free Airport Shuttle’ which did not indicate the time window of operation."

"The staff were friendly and the place was very clean! There were so many free rental goods and the extra stuff to be purchased was reasonably priced. I never ate at the restaurant but they did have a decent selection, with reasonable prices. My only complaint would be that hotel rooms have a very small garbage."

"Room was nice and I enjoyed all the features. The bathroom was excellent and I appreciated the bath and seperate shower. Our favorite feature was the balcony facing the ferris wheel and it made some enjoyable evenings while it was raining sitting on the balcony."
