"We had a fantastic stay. The property is in close proximity to all the action in Willemstad. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The courtyard at Rif Fort is a stone's throw away, as is the Queen Emma bridge connecting Otrobanda and Punda. Highly recommend."

"I did not use the pool The soap in the shower was not great"

"Bathroom was gross, water pressure was very low. Toilet was an issue. Room is ok. Food is trash. No selection. Drinks bottom of the line liquor. We had to leave resort to eat for our last few nights. Staff was good by the bar and restaurant. Front desk never answered the phone and were not accommodating. I asked for a robe and the lady said can it wait until tomorrow??? Beach is nice. Pool is small. Lastly no entertainment or disco. Resort was completely closed at 10 pm each night. "

"It was not activities at all on the resort. The staff were rude upon check in did not tell us anything about the resort what so ever not food amenities anything. No one directed us on how to get to our rooms. The rooms were never cleaned our entire stay. The AC in the room could not be adjusted. The pool chairs and chairs in dining room were disguising. Only a few staff were nice. All the women staff were extremely rude and not accommodating at all. The only good part was the food and the bartenders. But it was no frozen drinks for our first 2 days. Overall terrible would not stay here again!!"

"Our room and overall experience was amazing. Our concierge Bryan was very accommodating and helped us with everything from getting a taxi to making a plethora of recommendations for us to try. The room was spotless, the shower pressure and lighting (for makeup) were great, and the best part was the view! Waking up to the sound of waves crashing on the stunning private beach, relaxing to epic sunsets and enjoying the food and cocktail offerings at the different restaurants made this stay perfect for the birthday that we were celebrating. "

"This was our second visit to this resort. We like it for its quiet lication and absolutely stunning grounds. It is a respite for us. My 4 stars as opposed to 5 is simply because the units do lack some basic items (a roll of paper towels, etc) and some units appear to have upper and lower AC while others do not. We would love to see screens on the windows as the crossbreeze really does help with the heat, but no screens led to a lot of bugs in our unit this visit. Also, there was a permeating smell of sewer on/off during our time there, which was offputting. We did not have this issue last year. It is a beautiful place, just could use some upgrades here and there. "
