"I stayed there during my short Banglore visit, staff was kind, hotel was neat and clean, I like that it was spacious, 5 star amenities and floor was all marble and clean , you can find things in 4-5 star hotels, only thing is toilet faucet was leaking which I let staff know and they fixed it. I wish shampoo pouches were more as I have long hair. But overall nice experience being a woman solo traveler I felt safe there in hotel, mattress was comfortable I slept well. Price is also very moderate....
