Front desk staff, Amy, was beyond wonderful! Breakfast was delicious. Only complaint was that someone on our floor was smoking marijuana and it was smelling up the whole floor. We were told they couldn’t really do anything about it, which was sad.

Bathrooms were not cleaned properly. Breakfast was cleared 20 minutes early each day even when people were actively eating. Staff and amenities were fantastic.

The room was absolutely fabulous! There was a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, real dishes, plates, and silverware. We had a king size bed, along with a couch that was a hideaway bed. The breakfast was amazing with scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, make your own waffles of pancakes, and lots of muffins, bread and scones. We will definitely be back when we come to Kalamazoo again!

Great for family

This was a very nice hotel with plenty of space in the room for our family of 5. The staff were also very kind. We also thought the breakfast was delicious.
