The hotel was a little more run down than I remember. The tram did not go all the way to our tower that we stayed in (ocean tower) so that was quite some walking that we had to do with 3 children. This is our second time staying here, perfect place to stay with kids! Very clean and well maintained property, amazing amenities and not far from all the shops and food. 10/10 will probably be back.

It’s a very nice place. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. A resort hotel should be 100% operational. The boats don’t work anymore. The tram only serves two sections of the hotel. The food options are limited and of low quality for the cost. A $50 plate of pasta should never arrive at a table ...
