"We booked in the Ali’i tower due to the location and the perk of a separate check-in desk (the line was loooong at the main check-in desk). The Ali’i tower felt old, run down, and in need of repairs. The separate pool there had several sections of missing tiles. The paint was peeling off our balcony. ..."

"My stays at Hyatt was fine, but I was hoping they could do better. My bathtub shower felt unsafe and unstable, very wobbly and I could feel it every time I showered, especially travel with a little baby. I don’t feel too safe."
