The room was very pleasant, as we had to stay indoors during our visit. The room had kitchen facilities, which were especially useful for takeouts, and all the plates and amenities needed. "

All staff throughout polite and courteous to help with anything particularly as we arrived just as war on Iran had started with UAE being targeted it was terrifying but the team were a beacon of calm and reassuring presence. In particular Brandon at guest services/front desk was incredibly welcoming and helped us throughout our stay. "

"Lovely stay, great amenities. The only reason to drop a star is the evening meal times. 7pm is a bit too late for it to be family friendly. It was a coincidence for us that Ramadan was on so we were able to get in at 6pm otherwise we would have suffered. "
