"Stay was pretty nice. We upgraded to the rainbow tower (a must) and got a really nice room. The hotel has nice amenities and shops. We had a delay from our island hopping and were not able to make it to check in. I emailed and txt the property but they put me as a no show and wanted to charge me ..."

"Overall a nice experience but be careful of Oceanview and Oceanfront. Oceanview is the lower tier and will yield you a view of the back of the harbor (dirty) and parking lot. The ocean sits on the left but you have to be at the rightmost corner of your window."
