"Excellent accommodation and wonderful hosts We had the pleasure of spending three days and three nights at Arcadia Lodge in Russell and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. "The office should open till 6pm, when we turned up 5:10pm, no one was around. The wifi password written on the key pad and on the wall in the room but it didn't work. The room was very dated, the kitchen cupboards and drawers couldn't be closed properly, the shower wall leaked water after being used. Basically we were rather disappointed. "

"Our experience with ‘Moongate villa’ was disappointing because on our 2nd day, some building works began next door which woke us up at 8.00am in the morning and the cement pouring and flattening machines started working. It’s no exaggeration to say that the whole of our building vibrated to the machines being used. As for the noise all of this created, it was horrendous! The owners of ‘Moongate villa’ agreed to give us 1 x night free of charge. Please confirm that you can refund us this back...
