Remote from city and near motorway, facility is good, but no cup or glass in room. if you did hang the '' clean my room'' out they won't service the room. But overall it is a good hotel.

One night stay

Drains were so smelly and we were on the 6th floor. Air conditioning also didn’t work well and opening the windows was so noisy as next to a motorway so was boiling in room. Had to wait an hour to check in and this was 2 hours after check in officially opened so possibly short staffed. No alcohol sold. Clean and comfortable but a shame about these key pieces of the stay.

Das Bad hat dringend eine Grundreinigung nötig und die Duschkabine kann nur noch getauscht werden. Da wurde zu lange zu wenig gereinigt. Auch das WC braucht mal ein schärfes Mittel, damit Verfärbungen und Geruch verschwinden. In den Zimmern sollten auch die Fenster regelmäßig geputzt werden, das war kein schöner Anblick! Auch der eine (funktionierende) Aufzug benötigt dringend eine Reinigung des gesamten Innenraumes. Der Eingangsbereich, also die Visitenkarte des Hotels, würde auch eine Komplettreinigung brauchen. Viele Gästeschuhe haben an den Türen ihre Spuren hinterlassen. Frühstück war ok, aber die viel zu laute Musik aus der Küche empfand ich als störend. Checkout wäre um 11:00 Uhr gewesen, bereits kurz vor 10 wurde geklopft und gefragt, wann wir das Zimmer verlassen. Nicht sehr professionell!

Fint hotel med lækker morgenmad

Værelserne var helt fint, og intet at klage over der. Lækker morgenmad. Da vi skulle tjekke ind, havde han først lidt svært ved at finde vores værelser (vi havde booket to), men fandt det og min kæreste betalte. Om morgen da vi skulle tjekke ud, havde vi åbenbart kun betalt for et værelse, så vi skulle betale for det sidste. Jeg nævnte at jeg synes det var lidt mærkeligt at han ikke havde faktureret begge værelser i går. Det havde hun ikke forståelse for, og virkede en smule snobbet. Men alt i alt et fint hotel, og ville overnatte er igen.

Hotel war bekannt, sauber und Preis-Leistung ok. Aber eine Katastrophe Rezeption, 1/2 Stunde gewartet, obwohl vorab gebucht. Dann Abrechnung, seltsame Mails vorab, Abbuchung von Kreditkarte ohne persönliche Zahlung. Dazu keine Information zu finden. Heute beim Check out wieder eine halbe Stunde gewartet, Rechnungsadresse nicht wie gewünscht. Die Mail zum online Check out kam einen Tag vorher nach 17:00.

Ret skidt hotel

Sindsygt varme værelser selvom udetemp kun var 17 grader. Det hjalp ikke at åbne vinduerne - så får du bre også støjen fra motorvejen der er lige ved siden. Selv med lukkede vinduer er der meget støj fra motorvejen - vinduerne er ikke særlig godt lydisolerede. Receptionisten vi mødte var dårlig til både tysk og engelsk så vi havde svært ved at kommunikere. Morgenmaden er dyrere end værelset...

Nur für eine Nacht

Der einzige Lichtblick in diesem Hotel war der sehr engagierte Rezeptionist MO, der versucht hat uns den Aufenthalt z.B. durch ein Gratisgetränk aus seinem Privatbesitz zu versüßen. Die Bar war nämlich noch geschlossen, da es keine Ausschankgenehmigung gab. Auch der Haustechniker war sehr bemüht, und hat die defekte Nachtischlampe sofort repariert. Beim öffnen des Fensters flog ein Schwarm aller möglicher Insekten ins Zimmer, sehr eklig. Das haben auch andere Gäste bemerkt, einige haben daraufhin die Zimmer gewechselt. Zimmerreinigung bestand aus Leeren des Mülleimers und Bettdecke unordentlich auf das Kopfkissen schmeißen. Hotel ist in diesem Zustand nur als Durchgangshotel für eine Nacht geeignet, wird aber auch überwiegend so genutzt. Verständigung schwierig, es wir kaum deutsch gesprochen, und wenig Englisch. Beim Personal muss hier noch Einiges passieren. Einen herzlichen Dank nochmal an MO, der Arme arbeitet meist über seine Schicht hinaus.
