"Very nice staff, very clean room, nice clean bathroom nice shower over the bath plenty of hot water good water pressure, 2 small bottles of shampoo and body wash and a small bar of soap towels provided. Nice room with desk and chairs the bed was comfortable. Not enough power points to charge your phone/laptop/watch no USB points especially difficult if two people have items to charge at the same time maybe bring an extension lead/plug. Car parking is charged and expensive especially if staying...

Our room including bathroom was slightly tired and is in need of a refreshment and lacked your normal toiletries for this level of hotel. The mini fridge compressors was very loud and as such led to both nights of poor sleep, not ideal when you book a weekend away to recover. However, the main building was very beautiful and had a nice lounge to relax in the evening."

My bathroom looked like it had been overly used since the 70’s, peeling enamel , cracked and just generally dingey bathroom, woodwork peeling , tiles been up since year dot. "Note the hotel is surrounded by bars open until 4am and 6am and if your room is facing out on to the main road you might be in for a very sleepless night. The hotel have very little empathy, just along the lines of what do you expect, its in a city centre hotel,.thats the general attitude. Also outright lied and said they offered an alternative room which when i asked at reception was actually told an outtright "no we are fully booked but there are earplugs provided in your room". Such a shame...
