"So much better than I expected. The bar area, restaurant and huddle areas were all so beautifully done and the food and drink lprices were very reasonable. Plenty of electric car charging available. All staff we encountered were helpful, polite and friendly. Rooms very comfortable and modern. Will definitely book again next time we stay in Loughborough."

"We really enjoyed our stay for just one night. We found the parking convenient and safe, although we did an extra circuit of the campus as the signposting in the last 150 metres wasn't clear. "Room was very cold on arrival, very musty smell throughout the whole building, carpet in the bathroom which seems unhygienic, lots of dead spiders in the window and the room itself wasn't very clean. When I wanted to complain there was nobody around so ended up leaving the key at the desk and driving home "

"Bed and bedding comfy with 2 choices of pillows. Good hot water and pressure. Only draw back was the reverse cycle was not controllable due to not having a down button. Temp stays on 25 or you could put it up not down. Had a standing fan fan which we had on all night and heating off. Too cold for windows open. "

"Charming pub with rooms in the courtyard. Each one had parking outside. Very spacious room with comfortable bed, smart tv and tea & coffee making facilities. Good size en suite with great shower. Towels provided along with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Breakfast was made to order along with continental options. Staff friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. "
