"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was excellent, from the service to the facilities. The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the location in the heart of Oxford Street made it very convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing"

"The view of the grounds from the balcony was spectacular and the room itself was very cozy. It gave us a luxury experience without breaking the bank! The staff especially Betty was very customer focused."

"Best location"

"I enjoyed my stay. I will come again"

"Very nice and luxurious hotel in a nice district. Gym and pool areas are really nice. Nice cafe. Rooms have the latest state of the arts design (smart lightings, Asian washrooms, large and comfy bed with balconies). However, WiFi is terrible. Everyone knows it in the hotel but nothing is done to fix it. Also breakfast is not up to the standards of this hotel (lack of choices, and they make you pay extra for coffees)."

"Very good room with good staff great location great facilities "

"Overall, a great stay! Comfortable, clean with great amenities and friendly staff. Highly recommend!"

"Very attentive staff i really love this place Convience was one of the things I love the most."

"Location is great. Staff were phenomenal. Rooms are tiny. Some of the rooms are only as big as the murphy bed and extremely timely with no wiggle room. Rooms are not spacious and no bigger than the size of a cubicle. Parking is limited and only reserved for long term residents."

"The hotel is in the heart of town. There is a restaurant, bakery and ice cream parlor in the hotel. Very convenient."

"Great breakfast"

"I stayed in the Golf Coast Suite and loved how spacious and clean the suite is. Only bummer was the pool was undergoing treatment while I was there so didn't get to enjoy that."
