"The staff exhibited unprofessional behavior and appeared disinterested in accommodating tourists. While the scenic view was commendable, the room’s amenities did not justify the high price. The shower was compact, and the room lacked adequate ventilation. Despite utilizing the washer and dryer settings for over two hours, the clothes remained damp."

"The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and pleasant. The only complain was not the hotels fault. We stayed 3 nights and we only had the problem on Saturday. The problem was that we could hear all the yells, laughs , and loud people walking the street downstairs. It started around 10pm and continued through the morning 8am. We stayed in the 6th floor and it sounded like they were outside our door. Other than that, it was a great location and stay"

"Our room was nice - above average size for a Tokyo hotel for the price, and well cleaned and maintained with a great view. The staff were helpful and spoke great English. It takes a bit of time to get in and out with a lift to floor 8 - the lobby - followed by a second, separate lift to the guest floors. Room service and drinks are so expensive so as to be not worth considering - 1800 yen for a Godzilla themed soda or 3300 yen for a dessert, for example. It's also in the middle of Kabukicho, so the surrounding streets aren't particularly nice to walk around most times of the day, and the city noise still makes its way into your room all night. None of these are deal-breakers - it's still a decent stay - but not mind blowing."

"We appreciated the quick attention by staff on some concerning matters that came up. We greatly thank Shoji Shiraishi and Yukiyo Kurihara for addressing the matters promptly. The checkin was extremely smooth and helpful as was checkout. Every hotel becomes a part of the experience and memory of our trip, so we always look for the service and support at each hotel we stay at. The spa experience was very nice. Speaking in the language of the guest preference is also important, not always will we elect to speak in English as sometimes that is not as understandable. Our sincere thanks to the Hyatt team for their understanding."
