"We stayed at the Set Özer Hotel in Çanakkale during our travels through Turkey and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and efficiently run, making it an excellent place to stay while exploring the city. The location near the harbor was especially convenient, with easy access to the waterfront, restaurants, and local attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and everything from check-in to departure was smooth and welcoming. If you’re visiting Çanakkale and looking for a clean, comfortable hotel in a great location, I would definitely recommend Set Özer Hotel."

"The hotel was surrounded in scaffolding being painted. I was not informed. It looked terrible with construction debris out front. The painter wss outside the bedroom windows both days. No information was given to me about this. The rooms were clean but very basic furnishings. The curtain did not close fully. A good two star hotel really. The receptionist (Murat, i think) on first night was super helpful and i needed a lot of his local insight to attend an event on time. I cant say enough about his kindness. The pre pictures were deceiving and an email regarding the scaffolding would have warned me. "

"They are selling rooms even the hotel is fully booked, we went there at midnight and they didn’t give us any room even we paid it fully from Expedia. I am still trying to get my money because it’s was non refundable so I lost my money and didn’t even stay there. I am really pissed off what happened. "

"Despite some recent reviews, we found this hotel surprisingly good. The rooms seemed clean and comfortable if dated and in need refurbishment. The location is good but arriving by car can be a problem as there is no car parking spots in front of the hotel, only a small coned off area that you may be lucky enough to get into for the valet car parking. The breakfast was very disappointing. "
