"Wait time at front desk was insane. Every time. Our desk outlet didn’t work, lamp didn’t work and fridge was dead. This may possibly be the loudest hotel I’ve been at. Kids running and screaming hallways at midnight and later. Very disappointed in most aspects. "

"Roaches in the room. Cigarette burns in comforters. Stained floors Curtain were cut. Fights right outside of room. Checked out within 30 minutes of check in. "

The second one charged the highest room rent and had not even tried to help. I have worked as a front desk clerk and maid and would have been fired especially for being rude on the phone. "
