What to say about Soli Deo Gloria Boutique Hotel…?
Let me start by saying that the staff and manager are trying. They are not ignoring clients’ complaints but this is unfortunately not enough.
I can’t think of one positive thing to say.
We booked two nights there and were expected a 4 star hotel with 4 star service and 4 star restaurant.
From the staff which can’t be found, to the restaurant which is in fact a PUB,from the room missing towels to the missing toilet paper, from the windows with no curtains to the breakfast with expired bacon, from the room with no extra blanket to the inexistent wifi – nothing is 4 stars.
I think they should get themselves reevaluated and classified as a 3 stars. This way, many people will avoid disappointment.
