"The previous reviews about the small size of the hotel rooms were not kidding. I booked a room for three people. Myself and my two young adult daughters. We are kind of small people. 5’5” and all under 120 pounds. We could not pass each other in the space in this room. It was very claustrophobic. In the bathroom, the shower is about 1 foot away from the toilet and has a curtain but is not enclosed so you have to squeegee the whole bathroom floor after you shower. The room could’ve used a couple of extra shelves and more hooks for your stuff. There is no air-conditioning. The weather was mild when we were there, but we still had to leave the window completely open. The entire stay with no screen. There’s no fan in the room. It would’ve made a huge difference if they just had a fan installed on the wall to keep you comfortable at night when you’re sleeping.It’s probably OK for a solo traveler. OK maybe for young travelers as it is a basic step up from a hostel. But I am in my 50s and too old for this. Next time I will look for something much larger. It was a very convenient location, though, about a five minute walk to Central Station in Tilly Gardens."

"The location was excellent. The value was likely reasonable considering the high costs in Copenhagen. Having only one sink for an entire floor of residents is poor design. I lowered my score to reflect that having only one sink for maybe 50 people per floor isn’t sufficient for a shared space. I was content with my stay and appreciate the friendly staff."

"Where do I start? This hotel stay was an absolute dream. Everything from the thoughtful amenities to the wonderfully kind staff (shout out to Carolina!). We loved the Fellow kettle in the room and got to treat ourselves to nice tea and April coffee capsules in the morning. The day before we checked out, the hotel staff left some delicious cookies in our room as a surprise. And that's just the start - the lobby is gorgeous and I was in awe every time I'd take the stairs down to the lobby. The room was beautiful and quiet. I will say that if we stuck with our original atrium room - which we changed last-minute - I think that might've been a different story."

"We had a rather odd experience at this hotel when checking in. We were two couples on one booking. On checking in, one couple was informed that we had been upgraded to an executive room but without access to the executive lounge. The other couple did not get a room upgrade but did get an upgrade to use the executive lounge. This left us with one of our couples able to access these facilities but the other not, unless we paid an additional £100 for the three nights. We felt obliged to do this so that we could all use the same facilities but honestly felt it was a rather bizarre way for the hotel to behave and left with a slight suspicion that it was a way to induce people to pay extra for these facilities. Other than that a good experience with the only poor aspect being a rather erratic cleaning service. They didn't replenish our tea and coffee on the first morning and left dirty coffee cups in the room. The second day they replenished the tea and coffee but removed all the coffee cups and most oddly removed the two bottles of unopened complementary water. We were also shocked to discover that one of the bottles of wine in the mini bar was empty and had to dispute this with reception on checkout."
