"The bar's coffee maker was out of service. I asked for a drink with milk and they didn't have milk. They didn't have zero sugar soft drinks. For the category and price of the hotel, this means bad management. Well, the boom is big and international."

"The safe didn’t work in the room, there was trash in the pool area. I paid for breakfast but the second day we were not allowed in the restaurant for breakfast. I, then, asked for my money back for the breakfast I paid and they would not return my money. They sad I needed to contact Orbitz."
