"Everything was great, the room, the properties around the area, there is 2 convenience stores, a cafe and a restaurant just below the hotel. The room we had a washing machine which my friend used multiple times, the refreshing of the rooms are great too, although the only minor thing i would like to comment is there is no ramp around the hotel, so it was kinda inconvenient to bring up and down my luggages luckily i wasnt alone, the lobby in the first floor is a bit too hot as well. "Good location, shopping area just adjacent to hotel. Easy check in. Staff manner and responses were good. Room was spacious and clean, but bed a bit hard and pillows too soft. Need to improve sound proofing between rooms (the neighbouring room was too noisy at midnight, but glad that the hotel staff quickly managed the situation then)"
