"Check in was comfortable and quick. We were given some sparkling wine because of Expedia which wasn’t helpful because we don’t drink - and I think the hotel should replace this with another benefit for those who don’t drink. Hotel offered a free cake to celebrate my wife’s birthday which was great. We were given an upgrade to a nicer room. The room is spacious and comfortable. Balcony with a good swimming pool view and drapes which open and close automatically. Bathroom spacious and nice. ...

"Really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Room is big and nice. Very convenient location, right next to a famous shopping mall and very close to MRT station. Some very good restaurants nearby. The only complain I have is the internet is very slow. I ended up had to use my own phone network for teleconference. But apart from that it's really good value"
