Once they did get through they told us the hotel was closed for refurbishment and that we had to book another hotel! Which we did via hotels.com. Now we are in a battle to get a refund as the hotel /and hotels.com are calling it a cancellation. 0/5 stars. "

"excellent location, but its just outside and at the fringe of highway which will be subject to car plate restrictions on some days. Convenient to grab a bite as food outlets and deli are just downstairs, parking is free. Drive 5 minutes to global centre, Chengdu SKP and Ito Yokado."
