"This was disappointing. As a Bonvoy member my status meant nothing… no welcome gift. The property was unwilling to give us a late checkout for 1 hour and the property desperately needs to be updated. The bathrooms are old and run down and the rooms are very outdated."

"This hotel is all about the view and not much else. Rooms are nicely designed but dated. My heater wasn’t working but the fan was super loud. The blind was broken. Not noise proof at all. Also doesn’t have a proper restaurant open at the moment so you can get drinks anywhere (had to walk to the ritz). ..."
