"Great hotel, centrally located, easy access to metro and buses. Staff were wonderful. Arrived very early and they stored our luggage and later provided an early check in to our room. Helped arrange for taxi to airport and breakfast to go. Very knowledgeable about sites to visit. "

"Front desk was intentionally reluctant to provide some basic service. I found that disappointing because I've stayed there several times in winter 25/26 and I found this hotel quite good. I won't go into details but just ask staff to step it up DO THE JOB properly. One word - pillows."

"The hotel is in a great location, right in Chinatown, a short walk to Old Montreal, and a 5 min walk to the Palais des Congres de Montreal. The hotel is very clean and modern. A hot breakfast is available daily with lots of options to please most palates. Parking is available for a fee in an underground garage with elevator access directly to the hotel. The parking garage easily accommodates pickup trucks. The staff is friendly and helpful in both the French and English languages. If driving in Montreal, be cautious; the potholes are horrendous. That aside, I would recommend the Hampton Inn when staying in Montreal for work or pleasure."

"Hôtel location was perfect, and it had a lot of old charm which was exactly what we were looking for, room was beautiful, and the staff were super nice. Only a few small things, kept it from being perfect, like housekeeping knocking at 830 am, the tub bath stopper not working, our key cards kept deactivating and when we went to order room service and called down 2 times no one answered. "
