"The bathroom was dirty when checked in, the bed comforter has men hair or short hair on it. The bottom of the entrance of the door is to open and we had two roaches come in under the door. They are not all inclusive it’s only continental breakfast. The food is to expensive in the restaurant but the taste was good. We had no tv because cable was not working. "We had a perfect vacation at this resort. Beautiful views of the pool and ocean. Plenty of outdoor games and things to do at the resort. Wonderful food from room service, the pool bar and breakfast buffet. I lost my phone and thought I was going to have a miserable time, a staff member found it and turned it in and I got it back really quickly. The staff was wonderful. The room was exceptionally clean. It was perfect I can't wait to return. Hopefully very soon."
