"A lovely stay. The immediate area is beautiful and quiet with Hinton a short drive away. There’s plenty of nearby walks/hikes if you’re looking for somewhere within an hour but not in Jasper. "Although my reservation for a wheelchair accessible room was not communicated to the hotel the staff did try her best to be helpful in relocating us to a ground floor room but all of the ground floor rooms had a 3-3.5 inch step up into the rooms. The lady checking us in was very helpful in trying to find a solution even to the point of bringing a wooden ramp. Unfortunately it was too tall and I couldn't use it.
