The room was dirty no vacuumed the couch has so much pet hairs and when we converted to bed there were tissues in there we tried cleaning it so my son can sleep but later he started sneezing and itching with red bumps We went to front desk and complained she us like we are fully booked we can offer u cleaning but nothing else my question is you dint cleaned before? And if u did is the the same...
