"Very much enjoyed our stay. 4 star rating, there was a couple of disappointments. No bellman upon arrival so we had to struggle with our luggage. "Check-in was a breeze. We arrived about 10am from a 15 night cruise. Although we couldn’t get into our rooms right away, they did store the luggage for us. This allowed us to leisurely shop/window shop/grab a bite to eat. They called within 2-3 hours to let us know our rooms were ready. Excellent location. Spacious rooms.
