"First impression was really off-putting because whole place stunk of chlorine - the smell was omnipresent and strong, from the foyer, hallways, everywhere. Never experienced that before and mostly book hotels with a pool.
Staff was very unhelpful, one receptionist literally rolled her eyes when I asked a question about ski storage. Breakfast was not great but it was ok, except for things were running out often and one had to ask several times (and wait..) for them to be re-filled.
