Estafa. Nos cobran sin haber usado el parking
En el check in online te obliga a poner la matrícula del coche, para luego cobrarte el aparcamiento aunque no hayas aparcado. Es una estafa puesto que no hay lugar para aparcar fuera del hotel excepto un parking público de pago más caro.
Nosotros caímos y pagamos el público.
A la hora de hacer el check out, nos cobraron el parking, pero teníamos prisa y no había nadie en recepción, así que decidimos reclamarlo online. La respuesta ha sido que no nos quieren devolver el dinero.
