"My daughter and I had an amazing Birthday Celebration. The place was amazing and we really loved relaxing in the spa/sauna. The staff is helpful and a pleasure chatting with. "Room is rather old. Location is nice, Opera and Galleries Lafayette are very close, Monoprix is next door. 15-20 minute walk to Tuileries. Price seemed a bit high, but perhaps that’s what you get in Paris."

The social areas are limited, not bar inside hotel, no complementary water in the rooms, no body cream, or any regular items for a hotel of this class. Staff very kind and ready to help. Room service take too long to provide anything requested (i.e. 90 minutes to get a iron press). "
