There was a dead giant roach in the corner of my room. Everything at hotel seemed run down. Basically it is just a cheap run down hotel. But it is not very expensive.

Many issues with the my stay. Very disappointed. No black out curtains. Pool was freezing cold even though I called before booking to confirm pool was operable. First room I was given was a disaster. Second room they gave me was only slightly better. Tiny, old towels. Kitchen faucet dripped all night. No black out curtains. Single pane windows, you could hear every word that was said in parking lot. Breakfast was ok at best. Staff was friendly. Location was good for me. Not sure why you provide luggage carts without an elevator. What is the point of that?

The staff at the front desk were amazing! The only con about it is that it is very noisy with traffic and I’m talking loud bullet bikes and loud cars constantly, but that is no fault of the hotel. The continental breakfast was great! I rented their large suite and had two bathrooms, and the bedroom area was separate from the living and kitchen area. It was great!

The roof was leaking into the swimming pool outside a vent cover like a steady stream and had been for some time, there was pet hair on our towels and dirt swept into a corner of the bathroom. Staff was amazing just not the cleanliness.
