Easy check-in and check-out. Staff was friendly. Only issue was some people gathered and sat around outside front door making exit and entry a bit if an obstacle course. An outdoor sitting area other than the pool area might solve this issue.

We had a great overall stay at this hotel! The customer service was excellent from the moment we checked in. Our room was nice, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Whenever we needed anything, including extra towels, our requests were handled quickly and efficiently. The only area that could use some improvement was the food, which was just mediocre. However, that did not take away from our overall experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly service and clean accommodations. We would definitely consider staying here again!

I really loved the clean and updated King suite room and the kitchenette area. It would be nice that there would be more towels provided other than just a set of 2. It also would be nice to have other healthier food alternatives for breakfast. One female front desk staff member was so helpful in that she lent me an umbrella to use.
