Great service!

The system was down and they couldn't check us in initially. They allowed us to lock our belongings in a secure area and go to our baseball tournament. They were accommodating and beyond friendly. We will use them from here on when in the area.

The front desk workers were very respectful and helpful. The rooms were nice even though the shower was wasn’t working properly but everything else was great and the housekeeping staff were nice as well. I would recommend this hotel if you need something affordable and nice.

It’s an old building but the property manages to provide an economical stay that is budget friendly and straight forward. I do have to say that there is a gap in the entry door that is very visible when the door is shut. It’s safer but it’s there. All in all I’d stay again. Tina was pleasant.

This property is like 5 minutes from the airport. Check-in took less than 3 minutes and checkout was almost instantly. Thanks for making the start of my vacation effortless.

The staff was awesome! The room I stayed in had a rusty bathroom door frame. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever seen this! The ceiling of the room is in poor shape. You can see peeling paint and dirty stains- you can literally see two different colors on this ceiling. This room is partially upgraded which is weird.

What my husband and I loved most about Ms. Tawana and her staff was/is they've been excellent into making sure we were comfortable and taking the time to give us a homelike feel at the hotel. They've made it easy to call the Ramada home for a while due to our apartment situation. We've really enjoyed our stay,from getting to know each staff a little bit to the coffee and fruits every morning. We want to say thank you again, From Tammy Anderson Washington 🙏 💙 ❤️

Synergy is Always Needed

The manager and staff were super friendly. The only issue was a guest who smoked at the entrance to the hotel. This made it difficult to check out of my room. My sister passed, along with other issues. When dealing with certain guests who feel privileged to move as they feel is unacceptable. Employees should be trained on how to handle all situations, especially when a designated smoking area is located away from the hotel entrance. I have serious health issues with cigarette smoke.

Manager Twanda is AWESOME but really need to work on the breakfast area.. I know it says Continental but check on what Continental means... couldn't take a shower didn't know how to turn on..

The properly over all was clean. My room looked as though the remodel had not been completed. Missing baseboard, holes in the walll were valsnces were removed and not replaced, same in the bathroom. Staff was super friendly and professional

They do charge a $25 pet fee per pet per night so be aware of that! I didn’t expect the breakfast to be as minimal as it was but I do deserve what I pay for in a hotel. We left our stuff in the back of the truck and nothing got stolen so we felt safe. Once I called to let them know about late check-in, they were very accommodating. If you have pets, you’ll probably be put at the top of the floor. I don’t mind as long as the elevator works *haha*. The only thing “off” was the heavy cigarette smoke smell in the hallways and elevator but once you’re in your room, it smells fantastic.
