For a quick (lower priced) stop late at night, it was fine. The check in kiosk was not the best part of the stay…otherwise, very clean and safe and near plenty of restaurants, etc.

Overall, this is a great place to stay. The property is very clean, peaceful, and comfortable. However, I booked online because the hotel’s direct rates were too high, which allowed me to save $14. Unfortunately, my experience with some of the overnight front-desk staff was disappointing, as they did not demonstrate the level of professionalism I expected. Improving customer service, especially during the night shift, would make the overall guest experience much better.

This is an older but clean hotel. This is a "bare-bones" stay but we were comfortable and it served our purposes, and budget, well. We stayed five nights and one night there was a room across from us that had a loud party - and we did not sleep well that night. Other than that the value was great and the managment was friendly!

When we arrived I didn't find a living, breathing person at the desk to sign me in and give me a room key. Instead I found a note to utilize the kiosk to the right. As a senior citizen I am not very familiar with all this new technology. I pressed the screen on the kiosk and a person in another place, probably another country, appeared. She had a very broken English and spoke way to fast for me to understand. We got thru that process and found our room, a very nice room. We slept well and got up for the free breakfast. We'll, the waffle was pretty good. The fresh fruit was old and should have been discarded at least three days ago. Oranges had black dimples and were shriveled. The blueberry muffin was a whole grain muffin that just crumbled and had no expiration date on the package. Orange juice was almost empty and would not work properly. It was a free breakfast so why complain. The desk attendant was a real live person, and very nice. The room and facility were very clean and looked like a newer facility. Overall I was pleased with our stay.

One of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a while. The staff were so friendly. The coffee bar was available at all times and hot cookies were served from 8-9 pm. The breakfast was nice and the room was quiet and restful!
