I had read all the reviews before visiting and so have very low expectations. However I was very shocked that we didn't have a door on our teepee. All the talk about no food in teepees as it will attract bears, but yet we had no door. It was also blowing a gale and raining and coming into our teepee. After 3 times complaining to staff, they moved us in another teepee which had 3 doors, so we felt a lot safer. We actually had a fairly good sleep, for the situation. The toilets were dirty and our first teepee had rubbish in it. So I don't think it gets cleaned very well. The food was very expensive and they include the tip in the price which I think is a bit poor. All in all, our stay was just ok. It's a shame as it has so much potential to be a fantastic holiday location, but they just don't seem to care.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Hospitality and Unsafe Conditions We had planned to stay for two nights, but ended up leaving after one miserable night. The wagon we were assigned was dirty, poorly lit, and completely unprepared for guests. At 10:00 PM, staff attempted a quick dusting — hardly a solution when cleanliness should be a basic standard, not a late-night favor. Out of three bathrooms available on site: • Only one was operational. • One had no hot water and a non-working sink. • The third was completely closed. • One shower even had a handwritten note saying: “Use shower to wash your hands.” That says it all. The conditions were worse than camping — my entire family was deeply uncomfortable and disappointed. The next morning, I raised all of this with the manager and asked to be moved to a cabin. I was told I’d have to pay the full price difference. I offered to meet halfway, given the awful first night, but management refused — no apology, no ownership, no basic courtesy. The moment I mentioned the note in the bathroom, they scrambled — clearly aware how damaging it could be to their already below-average reputation. They said they’d “look into it” and would text me back. No text ever came. I called in the afternoon and was again told I’d have to pay the full difference. Still no apology, no regret — just indifference. I hung up and booked a different hotel.

I stayed in the van. Everything looks great in the photos, but when I arrived, everything was different. The beds were unmade, there was a lot of dog hair, and it seems like they never clean the place. The bathrooms were dirty and didn't flush. This place isn't for relaxing; it's too noisy.

Great way to stay in a teepee. 4 no frills twin mattresses on elevated frames. Did not close completely but was ok. Bath house with 2 showers for women. Nice. Driveway was severely rutted to get to teepee area. A working ranch so staff was quite noisey very early in morning. 5-5:30 am! Operating loud equipment right outside of teepees. Multiple times. Loud trucks too. Great location near Yellowstone and Grand Teton NPs. Brought my own blow up pad which made bed bearable. Also had my own sleeping bag, pillow and blankets. Otherwise they charge $22. Really no frills but good be fun. Just didn't appreciate the early noise. 45 degrees in the morning so need to be prepared. I was. No heat.

The tipi's were listed as being on wooden floors, but they were set up on pea gravel. There was only one toilet in the men's bathroom to share with at least 20+ tipis and covered wagons (all of them). There was no paper towel in both the men's and women's bathroom's for over 24 hours. Toilet paper in the men's was almost out until I finally mentioned it to the staff. The resort is an authentic dude ranch, they offer plenty of activities you can pay for, and it is very close to Grand Teton NP. If you plan to stay budget minded and sleep in a Tipi or wagon, it is sufficient, but be warned that you get what you pay for. It's the cheapest lodging in the area for a reason,

The beds are comfy for kids, punishing for adults. Bring a sleeping bag and air mattress for over the bed and you should be okay. The teepees are there to corral more customers for the trail and pony rides. If the kids do one of these, they will want to come again every year. Also, don’t expect cleanliness. And, do expect mediocre food at the restaurant for about $30 pp. And, the view of the Tetons from the teepees is breathtaking.

The men’s bathroom has no working urinal and only 1 working toilet to accommodate dozens of men. We saw a lot of people just getting up and leaving as fast as they could. The location is beautiful and would have like to have been able to stay a bit longer if the facilities had been a bit better. Staff was friendly and that made it tolerable.

The view was amazing and the teepees were fun. But the rest of the experience could have been so much better. Check in was disorganized and the bedding we were given was wrong (just pillows) so we had to carry new bedding up the hillside again. The staff didn’t seem bothered to help at all. The restaurant had very limited choice and was way overpriced and understaffed. And in the three days we were there I saw the same discarded band aid and soap carton. The trash bin was overflowing and never emptied and I the men’s bathroom were shorts and towels that someone had left and were not removed. They charged $29 for bedding that was far too thin and the teepee was freezing cold. The teepee had an uncovered gravel floor that got dirt everywhere and the bed frame was sticking out as sharp metal. The camp claimed to run horses every night but that did not happen.

Absolutely disgusting. Couldn't even stay at the property because it was so filthy and wasnt exposing my children too this nasty place. Had to seek accommodation's elsewhere. Would not recommend at all. Pictures on site were a huge misrepresention of the establishment.

No electrical or lighting of any kind at the tent/yurt. Weeds growing inside and beds were small camping units. Similar to primitive camping but right next to many other units. If this is what you are looking for it may serve your purpose but the night of our stay we showed up after dark with temps in the 30’s to a unit with no provisions for heat. No go,so we drove another 1.5 hours to an actual hotel.Also, someone else’s items were in our unit when we arrived.Expedia called about a refund and property owner blew them off. Lesson learned.

It was a fun unique experience! The bunk beds were perfect for my kids. We loved seeing the horses on the ranch, and the view of the Tetons was gorgeous! Things I didn’t like was the mattress and pillow were very thin and our sheets had a bunch of sand in them. I did appreciate that they provided a space heater.

The property itself is nice, the check it was a bit long. We stayed in wagon to which we switched from tippi, after reading reviews. Maybe it is nice to stay in wagon when it is hot outside, but we had a really cold weather at night below -3 celcius and the heater was not helpful at all, on top of it it smelled like gas while we were using it. It was so cold that we had to sleep fully clothed including winter hats. The bathrooms were dirty and not attended for 3 days we staied there, i had to tell office know twice that there was no toilet paper of paper towels, the toilet paper was replaced, kind of, just placed om the toilet back cover, while paper towels were never delivered. The wagon itself never cleaned it had things behing the beds and very dusty. It was not a pleasent experiance mostly because the bathrooms were not attented and the heater is not helpful at all.

The wagon door zipper was broken, we upgraded to a larger cabin and it was good, but the cost was triple, overall it was okay, driving through the Grand Teton was beautiful.

I liked the idea of the wagon, but overall, the beddings were so dirty as my wagon wasn’t they weren’t cleaned as were the blankets. The wifi was also poorly connected from our wagon and there was no service for us. The view was worth it, but it was a little sad to not be able to see the sunrise due to the surrounding mountain ranges. A little overpriced from the looks of it, but it’s what we had to work with.

Smelled like horse manure when you drove up. Unclear where to check in. Once we got checked in it was told to us that we had to pay 20.00 to get bedding with no pillows. Then we got to our tipi and it was 4 plastic cushions on a metal platform. There was no pillows and the mattresses were very thin. There was spiders and even a weed in the tipi. If you are looking to camp this place would be great but we were under the impression it would be more like glamping. If you are on a long road trip this is probably not the best place to stay with kids. We ended up leaving and not staying the night.
