"This place is a serious find, loved it from start to finish. Beautiful bar, restaurant and rooms, everything was perfect, I was massively impressed.

"Great nights sleep in room 104. Surprisingly quiet for a ground floor room next to the car park. The fridge in the room is also really handy.

Loved the Manor House/main building, which has an interesting and quirky history, dating back to the 1600s.
Rooms are basic, a bit dated and located separately from the main building - now a conference centre - and are a complete contrast to the lovely 17th century features of the manor.
Room was also quite hot as there is no air conditioning.
Staff were welcoming and friendly. Check in was very quick. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine...
"Lovely views and a comfortable stay. Room was very big and the shower was excellent. The fridge wasn’t working but was replaced straight away. Breakfast was great with a good choice of hot and cold food in the restaurant that had beautiful views of the harbour. Great location for exploring The Island. Staff very helpful.Swimming pool was great too although a bit on the warm side. However a good size. Bar area was really good too. "
