"When I arrived to check in, I was informed that the room I had reserved was not available. The staff were not helpful in resolving the issue, and when I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. Given the lack of assistance and accountability, we ultimately decided not to stay. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience."

"Tudo muito bom, limpo, espaçoso. A única observação que faço é que a banheira do andar de cima faz muito barulho enquanto ligada, sorte não ligaram à noite, caso contrário seria dificílimo dormir."
