We should at least be given a smart television to access our own shows. The bed is extremely firm, not really comfortable. Some of the staff were more helpful than others. "

"Pretty basic hotel, and I would say is more like a 2.5 star not 3. It was a good location, walking distance to the Vatican. The staff was very kind and helpful- our first room was pretty dirty and the floor was broken but they allowed us to change to a different room that was a little better. The hotel smells old and musty, even with the new furniture. The breakfast was good- it was the same every morning with a pretty good selection. I would not stay here again and would personally pay a few more dollars for a better hotel. "
