The building is newly made so the rooms and lobby are nice and clean. Though the rooms are super small, the photos given make them look big. Also the washrooms require better ventilation. The staff was very helpful and great at their job, specially the receptionist named Kooroosh!

Hotel was very clean, almost brand new. Staff were very very helpful and friendly. Omar was very welcoming while checking us in and also assisted us in booking a taxi to the airport. There was nothing we needed that they couldn’t help us with. Definitely coming back soon.

I found the room good. I thought there would have been a sort of “lounge” area where one could sit, microwave food. Staff, with the exception of the gentleman who leaves at 9pm we’re not aware of their neighborhood or even the Taxim area. The day shift gentleman was exceptionally helpful and well informed. He was aware of customers needs. Couldn’t have managed without him!!!

The hotel did not have fire alarms, our toilet was leaking loudly when we first went into the room. I advised the receptionist and we stayed 4 nights and no one fixed the toilet. It was so loud and disturbed our sleep. Would not recommend this hotel No one cleaned our room or emptied the bins in 4 days we were there.

Our check-in experience was smooth and efficient. We handed over our passports for a quick photocopy, and within minutes, we had our key cards. The hotel has a single, small lift—manageable for a tight group of four adults but not ideal with luggage or strangers, so we took turns with our bags. The room size was compact, as expected, but sufficient for two people per room. If you're someone who values extra space, this might not be the best option. The bathroom was clean and functional, featuring a great rainfall shower, a bidet, and all essential toiletries, along with a hairdryer. The room also included a mini-fridge with complimentary lemonade, a handy closet, and a full-length mirror. However, we were disappointed to find short hair strands on the bedsheets, which took some time to clean and felt unsettling. The hotel provides small sealed cups of drinking water upon request, which was a nice touch. Its standout feature is undoubtedly the location—just a short walk to Taksim Square, with plenty of grocery stores, eateries, and other conveniences nearby. The area isn't particularly aesthetic but incredibly practical for exploring Istanbul. During our stay in November/December 2024, the heating system required some adjustment for comfort, but the staff were accommodating. Overall, the hotel met our needs for a budget-friendly and conveniently located place to sleep and freshen up. Special shoutout to Kooroosh at the reception for his professionalism and helpful attitude.

Habe ein Zimmer im Keller bekommen ohne Tageslicht boden war nicht sauber waren viele Haare teotz das ich es gesagt habe wurde nichts gemacht schade lag bestimmt am Putzpersonal..Personal war sehr nett und Hilfreich…Bettwäsche waren auch nicht Sauber..Wc auch nicht…Am boden lagen sehr viele Mücken rum keine ahnung warum

Uzaktan bakınca güzel ama yatakta ve tuvalette çok kıl vardı sanırım benden önce mağara adamı kalmış :). Odanın penceresi var ama hava alıcak yer yok apartman boşluğuna bakıyor bu yüzden aşırı havasızdı. Ayrıca çok gürültü vardı.
