Clean room, warm and attentive staff. From the moment we got to the hotel, my wife, son and I felt very welcome. Checking in was smooth and we even got upgraded to a bigger apartment. I’ll definitely book again next time I’m in Istanbul.

This is a nice hotel conveniantly located within a close range to one of the best malls in İstanbul and is also very near the main İstanbul airport and is also very close to main parts of the city. Rooms are very good size with all ameneties such as a kitchenette,washing machine ,ironing board etc. Considering the price it is a very good value

Excellent selection. The services and breakfast were exceptional. While there are limited attractions in the immediate vicinity, transportation to major areas is readily available via Uber.

It’s a wonderful new hotel, it has household appliance all Siemens, there’s a little supermarket for walking 3mins. The furniture and appliance are all clean and neat.The staffs are friendly and helpful!

Amazing staff, clean, contemporary apartments, good breakfast with wide variety and free parking. We travelled with 2 young kids but staff went out of the way and made sure we were comfortable. The property itself has everything you would expect, restaurant, spa, gym, swimming pool and outdoor play area. The apartments come with fully fitted kitchens which was helpful with young kids. Only minor criticism would be location. The property is located in up and coming area of Istanbul where still a lot of construction is happening; because of this there is not much on walking distance besides a mini supermarket and a very posh steakhouse so you might need some sort of public or private transportation to get to places. I would book this hotel again without any hesitation on my next visit to Istanbul.

Memorable stay

We stayed at the Royal Penthouse for a week. It was a family reunion and we enjoyed it a lot. They did a great job and helped us on everything we needed. It’s almost a brand new building and the interior looks great.
