Great atmosphere, easily accessible by public transport. Great hotel. The area is not in the old town and a bit further away from city but really great and relaxing hotel with good facilities.

IIt was secure clean. But doesn’t have a view away from the metro station about 20 minutes walk. The showers water keep changing temperature. I was burned in my back three times. I told the reception they said they will send somebody to take care of it, but no changes. upon checking out one of the housekeepers open the door while we still packing our stuff and we were just 10 minutes late when I told my experience to the reception in charge, he apologies and offered us free Turkish coffee that was the only good experience. I don’t think I will come back to this hotel

Very nice room. Nice hotel. Service was average to poor. Tried to get an ironing board one day. Called 3 times. Waited 1/2 hour between calls. Kept saying they would bring one right up. Never did get the ironing board. Seemed like everyone did the bare minimum when dealing with us. Nice hotel with nice facilities. Breakfast was good. 5 star hotel with 3 star service.
