It was an amazing night at Arart hotel. It's placed at the center of Istanbul and very heavy part of taksim. So it's not possible to expect a silent atmosphere, but the room was quite well though. It was a little room where every corner has been used well for your needs. Shower was strong and hot, TV was need to arranged. Small fridge was suitable for drinks. Next morning we took our breakfast at their partner for breakfast avam kahvesi, which I can say was the best part of the stay..nice Turkish breakfast along espresso varieties. We loved our stay.

Very noisy area. Woke up a few times every night from the noise outside. The rooms are very small: good for one person only. No elevator: we asked spesificaly for first floor but got the 4th (the first night).

Unfortunatly it was a bad stay!!. I was welling to cancel my reservation but it was non refundable. Not recommended at all.

Centre area in Taksim but big mistake in room booking as we booked for 2 room 3 nights yet we learnt the night before the check-in that the hotel only has 1 room for us! The staff told us they were not able to find another hotel in the same area. I ended up staying with them for the first night and found the place myself for our 2nd and 3rd nights. Although upon check-in at this hotel, the hotel owner tried to convince us to move to the brand new hotel (not even exist on google map). I could not help thinking they might want us to move to the hotel where they got money/ commission from. I insisted to move to the hotel of my choice. They requested us to pay everything through them at almost the same rate originally booked with Hotels.com (yet for only one room, instead of two rooms, for the first night). Payment had to be made by cash as they will charge you extra with credit card payment. Last but not least, the hotel where we moved in has requested us to pay for the rooms which we already paid to ArArt hotel. I needed to call and make sure the trouble was fixed! Worst experience ever! Stay away!

Great hotel in a great area

Second time staying here and I still love it. Great view from the balcony of the Galatea tower and clean modern rooms. It can be a bit noisy outside on certain days at night, but really only noticed it one night we were there.

It's a small and cozy hotel near Istiklal street. The deluxe rooms are pretty spacious with a couch, desk by the window, small fridge, and a relatively big bathroom. The staff was friendly and very helpful when I asked for suggestions or directions, and assisted in ordering taxis to the airport while offering different options. I was disappointed in the view from my room, especially that I paid for a deluxe room. My room was on the first floor, it was a bit noisy and just had a view of the street, I would've preferred on a higher floor to enjoy a better view. The location of the hotel is pretty close to Taksim where it's not too crowded, but also close enough to walk to my room when I'm tired of the crowds on Istiklal street. It can be a bit noisy at night but nothing too much to handle.

The bed stuff are not changed every day, only bathroom package provided for the whole stay (5 days), noisy, the breakfast was very bad, also no reception staff. We arrived the hotel on time but we did not receive the room after hour. The reservation changed to another date which is cheaper that the one I booked but nothing returned back to my credit card.

The location of the hotel is good. 5 minutes to the metro of taksim and 2 min to istiklal caddesi. The hotel is clean and employee are nice and helpfull. Only one negative is that the sound of the streets at night can keep you wake if you do not like night life.

Our stay was good room was very cleaned and The manager Mr. Sachik is very helpful and just call away and will attend us if any requirement is there. We recommend people to sat in this Hotel. Only Breakfast can be improved more otherwise location and Hotel is Fantastic.

Selçuk is the best hostess, all that you need he can arrange for you. The hotel is situaded really near to İstiklal Street, if you want enjoy this area is perfect.

God but loud Location

It's an amazing location, you don't have to go up or down like the rest of this area! just go right to Teksim or straight to istiklal when you come out! It gets loud at night, people don't sleep man in that area constant honking and loud music that window isolation seem to do nothing against. Staff are great first time I went for Breakfast there was barely anything there! not worth 5€, second day though it got better! Internet was not the greatest!
